Nathan Bartman is a Dancer, Choreographer and Musician, born and raised in South Africa. Nathan has worked with various Choreographers and Companies both in the UK and abroad such as Cape Dance Company, Agudo Dance Company, Gecko Theatre Company, Ballet Nimba, Ace Dance and Music, Mzansi Cymru, Alonzo King Lines, Gugulethu Ballet Project, Protein Dance.
In 2016 he co-founded the Company MANACAN with his partner Ciara Baldwin, since then the Company has toured, Performed, Choreographed, and Composed for many different Companies and Organisations both locally and internationally. MANACAN are next @Martha Graham award winning choreographers for their performance of Rooted in New York City in 2019. In 2022 they won the 'Woordfees best performance award' for their work 'Survive' that they created for the South African Company 'Jazzart'.
