I work at the Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality, a Suffolk human rights charity which has been campaigning for equal opportunities for all people for over 40 years. 

My passion lies in raising the profile of diversity and inclusion in organisations, providing advice, support, and constructive challenge to leadership teams to foster culture change.

I got involved with Gecko because I believe in the power of storytelling to promote social cohesion by strengthening people’s identities and celebrating their diversity. Watching The Wedding and Institute convinced me that no-one does compelling storytelling like a Gecko show and I wanted to be part of it.
